Albright Aquatic Club
Albright Aquatic Club is a competitive age group swimming club that participates as part of the United States Swimming Association. Our goal at Albright Aquatic Club is to provide a fun, safe and happy environment for our children. We enthusiastically embrace the opportunity to aid in the development of the swimmer’s self confidence and self-esteem. As a part of our commitment to our swimmers, we offer a wide variety of training options with a well-trained and experienced staff.
Our Program
The Albright Aquatic Club Program runs from early September through to late May or early June. The program is divided into three phases and includes a Fall Session, Winter Session and Spring Session.
The Fall Session typically begins the Tuesday after Labor Day and runs for six weeks. This session is designed to begin preparations for the USA Swimming Middle Atlantic Short Course Swimming Season. This session is also open to swimmers who will not participate with us during the USA Swimming competitive season on an openings available basis.
The Winter Session is our primary competitive session. AAC competes in a wide range of USA Swimming events including regional invitational meets as well as dual meets with other local USA Swimming clubs. This season begins immediately after the Fall Session and runs through late March or early April dependent on when the swimmers last competitive meet is scheduled. All swimmers in this session will be registered as members with USA Swimming as part of the registration fee.
The Spring Session typically begins around the middle of April and runs for six weeks through the end of May or early June. This session is intended to prepare swimmers for the USA Swimming Middle Atlantic Long Course Swimming Season or for local area summer swimming season. This session is also open to swimmers who did not compete with the club during the winter session on an openings available basis.
